Our remote MCP endpoints adhere to EU AI Act transparency and risk management mandates. Lakome operates strictly as a technical data conduit for general-purpose AI agents, providing audit logging and automated rate-limiting to prevent illegal automated decision-making or surveillance.
3. Data Retention & Right to Erasure
Cached profile extractions are held in volatile edge memory for a maximum of 7 days before automated deletion. Individuals may exercise their Right to Erasure (Article 17) by submitting a removal request via our contact form.
